Matt Tottman
Matt is a yoga teacher and personal trainer whose goal is to guide individuals toward a practice that not only builds strength and flexibility in the body but also instills peace and harmony in the mind. He aims to help unlock new neural pathways, encouraging people to let go of past habitual patterns and create a new, confident, focused, and free future. Committed to bringing yoga back to its roots of unity, Matt believes that through this ancient practice, we can gain a deeper understanding of its benefits for individuals while contributing to the greater good of all who share this planet.
Matt's yoga journey began many years ago when he first stepped onto a mat at a local vinyasa class. The combination of stillness, focus, and strength immediately resonated with him and set him on the path to where he is today. He was drawn to Mysuru, India, where he studied the traditional approach to yoga, an experience that he found both enlightening and inspiring.
As his practice has evolved over the years, Matt has shifted from a more masculine, yang approach to embracing the softer, feminine aspects of yin energy. He has been drawn to practices like Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, which have inspired him to offer his clients a more balanced and varied yoga experience.
Everyone's practice is uniquely different, and Matt is dedicated to helping others find their own path.

Amy Manancourt
Amy’s aim as a facilitator is for others to feel at home in their bodies, for their bodies to serve as safe and stable anchors, and for them to be able to listen to the subtle and not-so-subtle whispers of their bodies. Her entire life has been dedicated to working with the body, exploring the art of embodiment, and learning about movement and the human condition. Her favorite question has always been ‘why,’ and this question has driven her teaching approach. She has no interest in doing things simply because they have always been done that way or gathering knowledge for the sake of it. She learns and explores what will make a difference first to herself, then to her students, and ultimately to the collective.
She has traveled many paths to get to where she is now, earning qualifications in Dance performance, Yoga, Tantra, Somatic Shamanism, Massage, and Energy Medicine, with each of these fields containing many specialized offshoots. On her personal journey, she has spent years delving into the more esoteric world of plant medicine, astrology, and spiritual connection. Yet, she always returns to the body.
